Kathleen greeted us warmly and catered to all our needs, as well as giving us great tips on things to do and places to eat. We booked a canoe and tramping day from her office phone after business hours, which set us up for an amazing day. The room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with a su ny balcony. The supermarket is across the road and restaurants are on the same street. There's more than meets the eye in terms of friendliness and quality here, definitely worth a visit.

A nice motel on the main street through Motueka. We stayed at the beginning of winter as the temperatures fell, but the room was nice and cozy. The room was a good size, with kitchenette and ensuite and comfortable. A continental breakfast is available, delivered to the room the night before so you're not tied to getting up at a particular time. Laundry facilities available too.

Good location , lovely friendly and helpful hosts. The room was large and well set out, cleaned every day and all amenities restocked , as well as a large comfortable bed . Nice kitchen area and functional bathroom. It was all we needed for sure.

A great place. Modern, large , really very spacious room fully equipped and well organised. You will find everything you need. Nice usefull and equipped kitchen space. Very clean. Large comfortable bed. A nice sofa, a balcony. Kind and helpful manager, very nice, attentive staff. Laundry place (washing and dryer). Wonderful bathroom. Easy car park, in front of your building. Nice small buildings. Lovely view. A feel-good place. Everything was perfect. Very close to Motueka, you can walk in easily. Quiet place and can ear birds. Weather was very bad and we stayed a large day part inside , very pleasant and comfortable. Very easy to find. Good wifi. Can be a good base for touristic places around. This is a 10/10 property that I'd recommend to anyone.

Very spacious and well laid out room with good self caterimg facitilies. We had an upstairs room with balcony out the front and a lovely view of the mountains and field of cows at the back, such a nice, location. The apartment was immaculately clean with lots of thoughtful touches,. The owners were so friendly and always there to help, it really was a joy to be there for the 5 days of our stay.

Easy place to get to. Owners were very friendly and took you to your room and showed you how the facilities worked etc. Very clean and the room was big, really quiet even with it being on the main road, only a bit of road traffic noise could be heard. Would definitely go back again.

The biggest Room ever for a Motel. View out the kitchen was field.Bed fantastic amenities including large spa bath The owners are very nice and helpful. Large TV with sky. My go too for the future visit to Motueka.

Convenient to hiking, boat tours, etc. Room was on ground floor. Didn’t have to carry suitcases up stairs. Room faced the back of the property with a mountain view and local cattle. Very quiet with a private outdoor sitting area. Large room with well equipped kitchenette. The unit was very clean. Owners were great.
